I hate goodbyes. They can be sad, depressing and always tend to bring up the question of now what? yes, we move on, but it does take a while. Goodbyes always leave me can feeling a little empty, especially when good friends leave, move or are far away.
I miss them greatly and would wish that distances and borders didn’t exist (one day)
However, goodbyes can open doors to new opportunities or can help us grow in many ways, so there CAN be a positive side to them 🙂 (I just have to think real hard to remember the positive:)
As mentioned in this post we visited a couple of good friends in Mexico. It was SOOOOOOOOOOO nice to hang around and share some time together. We miss them GREATLY and I will say no more because as I have said before, I will start getting all emotional and not finish this post. Saturday we spent it well at the Special day assembly which was very encouraging to hear and see the amazing job that all our friends are doing in the english speaking territory in MX.
Here are a few photos from assembly day, a morning eating at El Nido restaurant (which I HIGHLY recommend) and some photos from our time at the beach along with some sun 🙂
I love this photo, makes ME smile 🙂 |
