I LOVE my friends and I love every single bride I have had the opportunity to work with, who for the most part, have been close friends of mine. Marlen is no exception. It thrills me every time when I’m asked to photograph such an important event by a couple who well know that I am not one to just show up with a camera to TAKE photos, but rather, to BE part of their day and capture their love story.
Marlen and Antonio, of course, this day was just the beginning of a lifetime together. I hope you are able to look back at these photos and not only remember how beautiful your wedding day was, but how much MORE beautiful your marriage will be, especially by having Jehovah on your side 🙂
We are ALL so happy for you both and will miss you terribly, as you make a new start in NYC!
Love you both!!
In helping them prep their wedding timeline, we made sure there was PLENTY time for photos, so …
Get ready for a long one!! :))
Rose gold is a winner every time!
This lace dress will definitely stand the test of time! It was GORGE!!
Tears of happiness :*)

Flowers on the chairs were lovingly prepared by the brides Aunts, and they were beautiful!
Perfect ceremony hiding spot
MARRIED!!
I can’t fully take credit for this photo below, Marlen’s idea and I LOVED it! CUTE!
All the place card sticks were hand-drawn by our friend Beatriz, who did an AMAZINGLY unique and beautiful job! The bride added a photo to go along with the different landmarks from NY and CA.
Cake by Purple Elephant Cake along with cupcakes, I’m just bummed I didn’t get to try, but they say they were delicious!!
Father and daughter dance to a mariachi song and mother and son dance to a Bachata (Music from Dominican Republic and SUPER fun!)
First dance was memorable and fun
And of course, time for my favorite part of the day… portraits at sunset!!!
