I don’t think I can ever say enough of this BEAUTIFUL family!! Gosh, I love them dearly and I am SO SO happy to have such special friends. I have known them since a bit before they got married, soon after we became really good friends, so much that this little guy pictured here is like a little nephew to me. He is ADORABLE, fun, energetic, smart, talkative, inquisitive and so much more. It’s impossible not to fall in love with Ethan through these photos… really! What you see is what you get!
Spending time with my friends while photographing them as a family does my heart a lot of good. I love family and what it represents. Having a happy family not only brings glory to the creator of it, Jehovah, but it also gives us meaning and happiness on so many levels that it is worth doing everything possible to keep it together, forever 🙂

Here’s a tip: If you ever have the opportunity of hiring a professional photographer to capture your family, make sure you trust their vision, style and most of all, that you connect. Having prior expectations on how you want your photos to be captured can limit creativity big time. Remember, no two families are alike. Be ready to show who your family is, how you interact and most of all, if you have children, let them be themselves. Don’t worry about whether they will sit still or not, remember, most on location lifestyle photographers are there completely ready to capture emotions and moments as they happen, but only if you allow your children to be completely carefree 🙂
