Our friend Bessy and her hubby Julian hosted this A-Mazing gathering! Rule #1 in photography.. ALWAYS carry your camera, reminding my self of this rule i don’t know that it’s actually rule #1 but it is for me now I took my camera with me and boy am I glad I did, see me smile 🙂
Bessy and Julian had the help of our friends Jesse and Alicia in making this night beautiful. From the candle lights to the napkins, to the cutest little signs indicating the name and kind of cheese on the table. A small bio was also printed out telling us a little about the cheeses.
Every guest was able to contribute with a bottle of wine and cheese pairing which made the variety incredible. Everything was Beautiful! Bessy and Julian, we had an AWESOME time as always. Thank you for having us over 🙂

Bleu Cheese with cider {I am not a bleu cheese person, but let me tell you, this pairing was like a party in my mouth!}
Cana de cabra with Marquez de Caceres, Rioja {this cheese is now one of my favorites}
Brie cheese with fig spread paired with a Moscato {Yummy, my all time favorite}
Mimoletter Cheese paired with Pinot Noir.
Gouda paired with Sirah.
