Summer 2020 came and went, now we are getting ready for Summer 2021, still indoors and sadly, still not being able to gather in larger groups. Despite all, we survived last summer and I think we will ok too this year too. Even though we haven’t had more “Shaking it up with Francis” videos, we hope to resume them in the summer 🙂I was sad because family in Guatemala were having tamales, but that same day, Jehovah provided! I am happy to report that Francis no longer has that awful mustache 🙂Cooking outdoors during summer is one of our fave things to do nowI even learned to cut and trim our nopales!So nice to see family making the best of the situation and I am a little jealous they have the beautiful San Diego beaches nearbyOh my! once summer ended so did our long walks 🙁 But we will get back to them again!Miss this girl and her crazy energyAssembly at home, why not! Enjoyed it a lotCelebrating the beautiful day and the LONG walkGrooming Downey has been a challenge, but thankfully, the groomers opened up again and he doesn’t have to go through the awful haircuts of his owners 🙂Special day, for sure!! Jackie got baptized and could not have been happier!!!Cooking with friends through Zoom has been a new normal and who would have thought pasta was not that hard to make! but we do need our own pasta making machine thoYes, we got an outdoor inflatable pool!
