A little Old Town charm

August 29, 2013

San Diego has always had a special place in my heart, and its actually pretty interesting that it’s like that because not all my memories of it are actually good. But like all things, I choose to remember the good.  However there are those unconsciously good feelings that come about when ever I visit.  We lived there for about 3 or 4 years altogether.  I always love the weather, the uncrowded streets and the fact that it’s so close to mexico and its ever yummy food!!  San Diego is always worth the visit 🙂

Here are a few images taken from two trips to Old Town.  It was an overcast day, but of course, a little humid and hot.  Next time I will have to visit the beach!

If only I had carried my film camera I would have gone to town!
My aunt and my mom actually lived in a little house like this in Mexico.
When I saw these bottles from far I almost died!!  But alas, they were NOT for sale 🙁
My favorite.. fresh handmade flour tortillas.
My aun and pretty cousin
