I am happy this week to be sharing a VERY special photo that I have of my mom and my aunt from about the time my mom was in her late teens and my aunt in her early 20’s. My mom has always loved to travel, and although she had never traveled outside of Mexico, she did make her way around several states within Mexico. This image was taken in Acapulco, Mexico on a small vacation she and my aunt made together. They are no longer young, but they are and will always be BEAUTIFUL!
Although time may bring those pesky gray hairs, aging skin and take our away our health little by little, it will never take the lovely memories, years of life and experiences that every time we remember them, they will always light up our face with a smile making us young and beautiful again.
With that said, I’ve decided to share this special image as a submission for a Vintage Lookbook!! I love anything vintage and looking through old photos, so I was excited and just KNEW this image was one I wanted to share. If it makes it to the book GREAT and if not, still GREAT because it also gave me a chance to share it with you!
