Lynette shot our anniversary photos back in March and we’ve kept in touch since then. She has started to go back to shooting film and does so beautifully! As for me, well, same thing, starting off with film, then going on to Digital only to later find out that film has a special place in my heart π Here are a few shots (like the entire roll! HA!) of photos I took while we took a little stroll through the Presidio.
Enjoy the foggy fog π
Shot with Kodak Portra160
I don’t think I could ever have enough photos of the Golden Gate π
I have a new found love and appreciation for fog, it makes for very moody and beautiful pictures.
The photo below is the first shot I took with this type of film, and it was coming from Seattle on the Oregon coast. I forget what bridge that is π
Shooting with the Cadillac of medium format cameras, the Contax 645. Lynett’s film work is beautiful and dreamy π
This hill top vista point give an amazing open view of the Golden Gate, loved it!
I really don’t know what it is but, on some frames there’s these tiny spots that show up on the photo. I am guessing I might have to clean the sensor, but if someone thinks it’s something else, please let me know! π
This bottom one is another favorite and it’s going on our bedroom wall. It’s so quiet and calming.
This photo I really like!
Thanks Lyunette for a fun afternoon and for showing me around these little corners of San Francisco that I had never seen before. I will now have to bring Francis along for a little hike! Oh! and Downey of course ;)ο»Ώ
