New Places & Eating Our Greens! | Instagram

July 18, 2012

The past two weeks have been full of new and exciting things!  We haven’t gotten the chance to get together as much as we would want to with our friends Freddy & Idali since their move, but recently, that has changed.  Hopefully we have more time together (Freddy & Idali, at least once a month! 😉
I had the BEST of time in preaching in Pescadero with my friend Isa. She knows her way around Pescadero quite well, introduced me to a whole different world I didn’t know existed just about a 30 minute drive from San Mateo.  Alright, that might sound weird, but really, if we venture out to Half Moon Bay, we really don’t get far.  Pescadero is about what?.. 20mns away from Half Moon Bay and it’s BEAUTIFUL!  I really loved it, and hope to take my hubs for a small field trip there soon 🙂  Isa knows me all to well, so she took me to these small cute antique shops, gardens and had me try garlic artichoke bread… TO DIE FOR!!! So delicious! (Thank you Isa!!)

Wish I knew what these flowers are called.
They crinkle when you touch them, never seen them before.

Our vicious Downey and our very FIRST tomato!

I love the light and feel of this photo.
Isa, my tour guide 🙂

Mexican bread.. yummy! and Emma having a good time.

We will definitely be eating our greens this summer!

Our garden looking good.

Finally painting the legs of our coffee table.  Downey also
needs a make-over from all that hair!

Spending time with our regular Pioneers was encouraging
and fun.

And of course, this post would not be complete without my
favorite things.. Flowers!
